5. Completion of the project itself: for small projects, we do the construction and repair works, and for large ones, we assist the investor in the selection of contractors and subcontractors. We have access to the highest quality materials with attractive market conditions.

6. Finishing works and furnishing: due to our already established long-term relations with over 30 factories in Italy, we finish for the  project for the investor, according to the highest possible standards and in an attractive for the market way.

7. After the completion of the project, we offer the investor the realisation itself - either through a direct sale of the asset or rental agreement. On that last point we are again partnering with the agencies/brokers mentioned in p.1. In that way the investment cycle is closed and the investor receives the desired return on the investment.
