Svetlozar Shivarov, CEO
Svetlozar is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur with a strong international network and over a decade of industry expertise. He specializes in investment transactions and development advisory across the residential and commercial sectors. He is the founder of SVS Capital, a Sofia-based consultancy active in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Northern Greece, advising on cross-border real estate and financial projects. From 2015 to 2019, Svetlozar served as Investment Director at RCapital Ltd (Isle of Man), where he led property investments in Bulgaria, Poland, the UK, and across the Balkans, collaborating with global investors and top-tier developers. He began his real estate career in 2007 with an internship at Forton International / Cushman & Wakefield, working on few major transactions, including the €1.08 billion acquisition of BTC by AIG Global.
Svetlozar has a Business Administration degree from the American University in Bulgaria.
